due to Nor'easter conditions at the beginning of the month and Hurricane Wilma 
in the middle of the month.  The combination of a broad area of low pressure 
along the eastern seaboard, Tropical Storm Tammy (which made landfall in NE
Florida) and Hurricane Wilma, 2/3 of the month, the lowest baro. pressure each

Tammy and 29.540" during Wilma.
