For the 4rd straight month, the avg temp was below normal. Unlike the previous 3 months, El Nino has come back with a vengence with +2.15" above normal for Feb. and only -0.98" below normal for the year. The air temp. was also warmer, being enhanced by El Nino as well as I failed to reached 32ºF for a low since Nov 2002.
