All Time- 10% (Lowest).  3 Hurricanes where experienced.  Dennis in Late August prompted Hurricane
Watchs for 2 days but he passed 200+ mi out to sea.  Floyd in Mid September prompted Hurricane Warnings
for the entire East Coast of FL.  He came within 150 mi and caused some rain and wind.   Irene in 
Mid October came up from the SW and passed within 115 mi offshore.  She prompted Tropical Storm 
Warnings and caused needed rainfall.
